Yalın Üretim Eğitimi
To become a world-class manufacturer, traditional production systems must be transformed into lean production systems. This requires the right designs specific to the current production system, and at the same time, it requires the correct implementation and correct operation of these designs. The main purpose of the program is to convey the theory of fast response to customers by systematically eliminating waste in production systems with examples from practice.
Competencies Gained by Training:
Participants who successfully complete this program;

- • learn to see waste,
- • Have information about waste disposal methods,
- • Will be able to apply lean tools effectively,
- • Will acquire a culture of continuous improvement,
- • They will be able to participate actively in efficiency increasing activities.
